What is the SANY Platform GP
- The SANY Platform GP serves as the comprehensive and structural base of the machine, integrating critical components for operation, safety, and maintenance. This robust platform is designed with a Towing hook, front for easy transport and recovery, while the Support, front dashboard provides a secure mounting point for control interfaces. Storage is facilitated by the Door GP, right tool box and Door GP, tool box, left, complemented by an Aluminum Handle for ergonomic access.
- Illumination and signaling are ensured through integrated components like the Shield 3, illuminating lamp, outrigger, Shield 1, illuminating lamp, outrigger, Plate, hood, tail lamp, left, and Shield, tail lamp, right. The platform features a Spare tyre rack assem. for practicality and a Ladder GP for safe access. Protection is provided by the Fender GP, middle, right, Fender GP, middle, left, Mudguard, rear, left front wheel, and Mudguard, rear, wheel, front, right, which guard against debris.
- Structural integrity is paramount, achieved through a Cross beam, aluminum for strength without excess weight, multiple Plate, bend elements for forming critical shapes, and a Support, guardrail for operator safety. A Retainer GP and Cover, end components secure and finish the assembly. The entire structure is bolted together with high-strength Bolt and Nut fasteners, utilizing Washer elements to ensure vibration-resistant and secure connections.
