What is the SANY Hook GP
- The SANY Hook GP is a meticulously engineered lifting component designed for superior performance, safety, and durability in heavy-load applications. At its core is a high-strength Single Hook, forged to handle extreme weights, which is securely integrated with a robust Yoke assembly. This central unit is supported by a Hook Cross Beam, a critical structural element that distributes the load evenly, with Cross Beam Baffles providing lateral stability and protection.
- The entire SANY Hook GP assembly is precision-fastened using a specialized Hook Nut and a series of high-tensile fasteners, including a Hexagon Bolt and a corrosion-resistant Nut M16GB41 dacrotizing, each secured with multiple Washer components to ensure vibration-proof integrity. Internal rotation is facilitated by low-friction Rolling Bearings, mounted on a durable Pulley Shaft and retained by a Retaining Ring. The shaft is further protected by Shaft End Baffles and a Lock Plate to prevent axial movement.
- A key feature is the Pulley Component, which guides the cable smoothly, working in conjunction with a Rope Stop Rod to prevent dislocation. The assembly includes a Shackle for secure connection to lifting apparatus and a Support Sleeve for enhanced alignment. For maintenance, an Oil Cup is provided for lubrication, while a clearly marked Nameplate ensures traceability and provides essential operational data. Every element of the SANY Hook GP, from the largest beam to the smallest washer, is designed to work in unison, delivering the reliability and safety synonymous with the SANY name.
