- The SANY Swing Mechanism is a meticulously engineered assembly designed for robust and precise rotational movement in heavy machinery. At its core lies the powerful Reducer GP, which provides the essential torque and controlled speed reduction for smooth slewing operations. This reducer interfaces directly with a high-capacity slewing bearing, a critical component that supports immense axial and radial loads while facilitating rotation.
- The entire SANY Swing Mechanism is secured and protected by a structural cover, which also houses the precision-forged gear. This gear meshes perfectly with the bearing’s raceway to transfer motion. Fastening integrity is paramount, achieved through a system of high-tensile bolts. Four primary bolts anchor the central structure, while additional bolts ensure the cover and other sub-assemblies remain locked in place under extreme vibration. A specially designed screw and its matching nut provide critical adjustment and locking functions for specific gear meshing tolerances. To guarantee perfect alignment and mitigate wear, multiple washers are strategically placed at key interfaces; one washer acts as a thrust surface, another as a spacer, and a third ensures even load distribution on a bolt head.
