Verify that the pressure plate (A820101329926) and bearing plate (A820101329927) are still correctly aligned. If axial movement exceeds 1 mm, disassemble and reseat the retainer ring. This simple check prevents catastrophic internal shaft failure.

Shock Absorber Inspection: Inspect the shock absorber (A820606010826) for signs of rubber degradation every 1,000 hours. Cracking, swelling, or separation of the rubber from its steel housing indicates the shock absorber has reached end of life. A failed shock absorber reduces the Sany Pto & Transmission Device’s ability to dampen torsional vibrations, leading to increased noise, oil breakdown, and eventual spline failure. Replace the shock absorber immediately if any damage is visible.

Oil Pump Flange and Spline Lubrication: Annually, disconnect the hydraulic pump from the connector flange (10130758) to inspect the internal splines. Apply fresh molybdenum-disulfide grease to the splines before reconnecting. Use only the correct spline grease to prevent galling. Ensure the pump mounting bolts are torqued to the correct specification. Worn splines will cause slop in the pump drive and eventual hydraulic system failure.

Annual Full Disassembly and Integrated Inspection: Every 2,000 hours, schedule a comprehensive inspection of the Sany Pto & Transmission Device. Remove the assembly and disassemble the transmission shafts, plates, and retainers. Inspect all components for surface cracks, especially around the shaft journals and keyways. Replace any bolt (B210199000013) showing signs of thread stretching. Measure the internal bearing play; replace any bearings exceeding specification. Following this annual schedule extends the life of the Sany Pto & Transmission Device beyond 12,000 hours, ensuring reliable auxiliary power delivery in all working conditions.
