- The SANY PLANETARYGP represents one-third of the complete planetary gear system that forms the heart of SANY’s advanced transmission technology. This sophisticated subassembly features a comprehensive CARRIER-PLANET that houses multiple GEAR-PLANET components, each rotating on precision SHAFT and SHAFTAS-PLANET assemblies with BEARING-RLR and BEARING-SPL bearings for smooth operation. The system incorporates multiple clutch elements including PLATE-CLUTCH plates and DISC-FRICTION friction discs, all working in conjunction with PISTON actuators that utilize RING-SEAL(INT) and RING-SSAL(EXT) seals for perfect hydraulic operation.
- The SANY PLANETARYGP includes vital thrust management through DISC-THRUST washers and BEARING-THRUST bearings, while the GEAR-RING provides the stationary outer gear interface. The assembly incorporates numerous retention components such as RING-RETAINING rings and RING-LOCK locking rings, along with PIN and PIN-SPRING elements that work with SPRING components to maintain proper clutch pack tension.
