The Sany Piping-Steering is a factory-engineered hydraulic circuit network for Sany excavators, loaders, mining trucks, and crawler cranes. It delivers pressurized steering fluid from pump to steering gear and back to reservoir. This advanced Sany Piping-Steering integrates a steering reservoir assembly (A810299019000) that maintains proper fluid levels and conditioning for consistent steering performance.

The system includes a cooling pipe assembly (60020493) that maintains optimal hydraulic fluid temperature during continuous heavy operation. Multiple hose types work together: generic rubber hoses (B230103000278, B230103004501, B230103004504) and a specialized 1SN12 hose (B230103000283) with DKOL crimped end fittings rated for high-pressure applications up to 320 bar.

Rigid fluid pathways use steel pipe assemblies (10016671 and 10016669) precisely bent for optimal chassis routing. A tube adaptor (A229900002499) and pipe connector (A229900002820) provide sealed interfaces between flexible and rigid line sections. A ring hose hoop (A229900002965) and a precision joint (A229900006314) ensure firm retention.

Clean debris from cooling pipe surfaces to maintain heat transfer efficiency.

Hose Clamp Torque and Fastener Verification: Every 500 hours, verify all fasteners with a calibrated torque wrench. Tighten nut (A210319000001) and bolt (A210111000025) to Sany specs: 25-35 Nm (M6) or 45-60 Nm (M8). Inspect ring hose hoop (A229900002965) for proper seating. Replace any corroded fastener. After service, cycle steering lock-to-lock and re-inspect joints for seepage.

Fluid Change and Hydraulic System Flushing: Every 2,000 hours, drain and replace steering hydraulic fluid. Inspect drained fluid for metallic particles or dark discoloration—indicates internal wear. Replace filter element inside steering reservoir. Flush cooling pipe (60020493) and steel pipes with clean fluid. After refilling, run engine at idle and turn steering wheel lock-to-lock at least 15 times to bleed air. Recheck fluid level.

Annual Full System Pressure Test and Hose Replacement: Every 4,000 hours, have a certified technician perform hydraulic pressure test on entire circuit. Replace any hose showing external cracking or over 5,000 service hours—especially the 1SN12 hose (B230103000283) and oil inlet hose (10999387). Replace adaptor O‑rings and pipe connector seals when replacing hoses. This schedule extends service life and ensures leak‑free steering control.
