What is the SANY Jib
- The SANY Jib is an essential structural component engineered for exceptional strength, flexibility, and precision in heavy lifting operations. Its core framework consists of a high-tensile Boom, which serves as the primary load-bearing element. This boom is securely anchored to a Boom Seat and reinforced with multiple Connection Plates, ensuring optimal force distribution and structural integrity throughout the entire SANY Jib assembly.
- Pivotal and articulation functions are managed through a series of precision-machined Shaft and Pin components. This includes a robust Shaft, pin and Inserted pin for major connections, complemented by a Pin, elastic and standard Pin for secondary securement. A Pin, clamp and specialized Sleeve and Shaft, sleeve work in unison to provide secure, wear-resistant pivoting points, allowing for controlled movement and positioning.
- The SANY Jib incorporates a Pulley GP unit, mounted on a dedicated Shaft, which facilitates smooth cable movement during lifting operations. This assembly is securely fastened with high-strength Bolt and Nut pairs, with multiple Washer elements used to maintain clamping force and prevent loosening under dynamic loads. A critical Plate, fold and Keep rod are integrated to enhance transportability and on-site setup efficiency.
- Additional features include a Bracket, fixed, magnet, jib for accessory attachment and a Plate, mounting for secure component integration. Every element, from the largest boom section to the smallest pin, is meticulously designed and tested to deliver the reliability, safety, and performance that is synonymous with the SANY Jib system.
