What is the SANY Evaporator
- The SANY Evaporator is a critical and sophisticated component of the vehicle’s climate control system, engineered for superior thermal efficiency and reliable performance. At its core, the Evaporator core works in tandem with a second Evaporator core to maximize heat absorption, with an integrated desiccant material ensuring moisture removal and refrigerant purity. The process begins with air intake through the dual Fresh air filter screen layers, which purify incoming air before it enters the system.
- Airflow is powered by a high-efficiency Blower and fan, regulated by the Speed control module and Air Blower Driving Module for variable speed control. Temperature regulation is achieved through components like the Warm air core and another Warm air core, while the Heater valve and Water valve motor modulate coolant flow. The Heater valve Actuactor and Mode motor work together to direct air, supported by the Module Actuactor and Inside the loop Actuator for switching between interior and exterior air cycles via the Inner outer circulating motor.
- The refrigerant expansion is managed by dual expansion valve units, ensuring precise pressure control. System intelligence is provided by a Thermal resistor and Temperature sensor, which feed data to the centralized Control panel of air-conditioner. All electrical functions are integrated through a comprehensive Harness and the overarching Vehicle Body Harness, creating a seamless interface with the vehicle’s systems.
