What is the SANY Cylinder-Luffing
- The SANY Cylinder-Luffing is a precision-engineered hydraulic actuation system critical for providing controlled lifting and lowering motions in heavy machinery. Its core component is the robust Cylinder GP, which houses a high-strength Piston rod GP that transmits the force. The piston rod is guided with exceptional accuracy by a sleeve, guide and bushing, ensuring smooth, friction-free extension and retraction, while its position is secured by a ring, retainer.
- Sealing integrity is paramount for the SANY Cylinder-Luffing. A sophisticated multi-layered sealing system is employed, consisting of a ring, dustproof, A12-A to exclude external contaminants, and a combination of specialized seals including a seal ring, SIL, seal ring, GS, seal ring, O-type, and a seal ring, CT. These are complemented by multiple O-ring and a ring, seal, UNP to contain hydraulic fluid under extreme pressure. Internal guidance is provided by a ring, guide and a ring, guide, UP, which stabilize the piston assembly. The piston itself is securely fastened to the rod with a high-tensile nut and screw.
- External components include an oil cup for lubrication, a bearing, joint for flexible articulation, and a pipe clamp secured with a screw to manage hydraulic lines. Every element, from the largest cylinder to the smallest retaining ring, works in unison to deliver the powerful, reliable, and smooth performance that defines the SANY Cylinder-Luffing system.
