As one of the regions with the highest global entry standards, Hong Kong’s complex terrain and diverse market demands present stringent requirements for truck mixer design. With Hong Kong’s construction and real estate sectors being more environmentally friendly and high-quality, there is an urgent need for highly efficient and reliable truck mixers.

On this background, SANY Group, together with SANY China Wealth, decided to create a customized five-axle truck mixer specifically for the Hong Kong market, meeting the strict weight-bearing requirements set by the local Transport Department.

Therefore, SANY China Wealth conducted in-depth insights into Hong Kong’s market environment and customer needs. Compared to mainland China, construction sites in Hong Kong tend to be smaller, and safety requirements are higher. As a result, SANY designed an integrated model specifically for Hong Kong, enabling a “lightning-fast” delivery time of just 60 days from order to delivery.

The new five-axle truck mixer has an overall length of 9,770mm and features a low center-of-gravity design, which greatly improves driving safety. The ultra-lightweight body allows for a larger payload, making it more flexible when maneuvering on narrow construction sites. Additionally, the automatic transmission makes it easier for operators to handle.

Designed to improve service expertise and offer better service to Australian customers, the five-day training featured a comprehensive and targeted curriculum. In terms of excavators, the program arranged in-depth theoretical courses covering core knowledge, including hydraulic systems, electrical components, and engines, enabling service engineers to gain a thorough understanding of machine operations and establish a strong foundation for precise maintenance and troubleshooting. The loader parts focused on the braking system and diagnostic techniques, ensuring service personnel with skills to swiftly address common issues. Meanwhile, the training also set up a Q&A session, providing customized service solutions tailored to the complex working conditions and customer needs in Australia.

With the theme of “Microgrid Solutions”, SANY’s booth (No. C30) presented its efficient and scalable microgrid solutions in an all-round way through dynamic layout, interactive models, and live demonstrations. The 3D sand table model of the microgrid, the core highlight of the booth, attracted many industry decision-makers to stop and intuitively demonstrate how to help mines achieve the goal of reducing operating costs and improving energy efficiency through clean energy integration, intelligent power management and energy storage optimization.

In addition to microgrid technology, SANY simultaneously demonstrated the whole chain solution of green mines covering mine exploration, mining and transportation, demonstrating SANY’s hard core strength.

This endorsement solidifies the significance of SANY’s inclusion in the list and reinforces the reliability and authority of the rankings.

Pan Shi Elementary School in Hengyang is one of the Tinker education project sites. In October, SANY Group, SANY Foundation, and Nippon Paint China jointly organized a charity event at Pan Shi Elementary School, aiming to support rural education and promote interdisciplinary innovation to enhance rural children’s literacy education continuously.

The “Digging Tinker Education” project was launched by the SANY Foundation in 2022, providing inclusive, high-quality technical engineering courses to underprivileged areas. This initiative encourages students to engage in complex scientific inquiries and engineering tasks, fostering creativity, initiative, and scientific literacy among rural children.

This summer, Tinker Education collaborated with Nippon China’s “Color, Way of Love” project to transform the learning environment at Pan Shi Elementary School with mural art themed “Dreams of the Future.” This partnership created a vibrant, imaginative atmosphere, stimulating the creativity of the students.

Gratitude is a lifelong lesson and the mediator between family and society. Each summer, the SANY Foundation launches the parent-child campaign “Little Migrant Bird” campaign in multiple industrial parks in China, inviting the children of employees to visit their parent’s workplace. This initiative aims to strengthen family bonds by helping children gain a deeper understanding of their parents’ roles and contributions.

In 2023, SANY conducted 394 training sessions that were attended by 23,993 people – about 93 percent of SANY employees participated in various trainings with an average training time of 121.4 hours. SANY’s total training expenditure reached 56 million yuan (USD 7.73 million).

The Hunan SANY Industrial Vocational and Technical College has successfully cultivated 450 technical talents to overseas posts as of December 2023 through the overseas management headquarters orientation course.

SANY has also invested 27.872 million yuan (USD 3.98 million) into various public and social welfare programs. The “SANY Public Welfare” platform now has 17,002 registered volunteers, SANY now has 51 volunteer teams participated by 714 people, with a cumulative volunteer service length of 2,266.2 hours.
