- The SANY Cab White-Body GP constitutes the fundamental, unpainted skeletal structure of the operator’s cabin, serving as the primary foundation for all subsequent assemblies. This core module is built around the robust Framework GP, white-body, cab, a high-strength welded structure designed for exceptional durability and operator safety. To this framework, critical external components are pre-mounted, including the Door GP, right, cab and Door GP, left, cab, ensuring perfect alignment and structural integrity. The Bracket GP, installation, cab body is integrally welded, providing all necessary hardpoints for securing the cab to the chassis.
- The assembly of the entire SANY Cab White-Body GP is reinforced with a meticulously specified array of high-grade fasteners. The structure is permanently joined using multiple high-tensile Bolt fasteners, each paired with a Washer to distribute load and prevent loosening under extreme vibrational stress. Supplementary attachment points are secured with a Screw and a Nut, ensuring every component from the smallest bracket to the largest door is rigidly fixed.
