Precast Construction BU Completes Inaugural Overseas Service Engineer Training Program
On January 23rd, 2024, SANY Pre-cast Construction BU concluded its first overseas service engineer training program. The 18-day training equipped participants with technical and problem-solving skills to address complicated service challenges in the international market, ensuring an efficient and high-quality service experience for customers.
The training begins with theoretical courses and practical operation. The theoretical courses explain core technique principles, while the practical operation includes equipment installation and debugging, troubleshooting, and daily maintenance, empowering the trainees to develop both deep internal structures understandings and rapid problem-solving proficiency.
The training culminated in a certification examination held January 22-23, with all 22 participants successfully earning their primary service engineer certifications for mobile crusher systems.
